At Quantum Leadership, we believe in empowering the next generation of aviators and leaders through mentorship, education, and real-world experience. Our mission is to equip pilots, professionals, and aspiring leaders with the tools, knowledge, and mindset needed to take command of their careers—both in aviation and in life.
Who We Are
Quantum Leadership is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming aviation education and leadership development. We connect student pilots, experienced aviators, and industry leaders through structured mentorship programs, aviation leadership training, and real-world career opportunities.
Our programs are designed to instill the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) mindset, encouraging individuals to take responsibility, make decisive choices, and navigate their personal and professional journeys with confidence and clarity.

As part of this vision, we are developing the Quantum Pilot Certification Program, an advanced training initiative designed to produce highly skilled, leadership-oriented pilots. This program will equip participants with the expertise to navigate not just the skies, but also the complexities of leadership, decision-making, and innovation in aviation. Quantum Pilots will set the standard for excellence, combining top-tier technical skills with strategic leadership capabilities.

Sean Aeran, First Flight Airport (KFFA) & Wright Brothers National Memorial
Sean Aeran, Executive Director
Sean is a third generation airplane pilot, helicopter pilot, and flight instructor. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate for multiengine airplanes, as well as commercial ratings in multiengine and single engine seaplanes, and private privileges in rotorcraft. With deep family roots in aviation—a grandfather with a distinguished WW2 military career, and a Vietnam-era carrier pilot uncle, a mother who flew hot air balloons with the legendary Joe Kittinger, and a father who became the emblematic “Red Bull” helicopter pilot—Sean has had rare opportunity to witness continuous exceptionalism in aviation. Additionally, Sean has a background in deep academic analysis and carries the spirit of entrepreneurship and a love of leadership.
