How We Advance the Mission

One Mission, An Integrated Platform

Quantum Leadership Aviation is built around a single framework: PIC of Your Life, our core leadership philosophy and curriculum.

Our Advocacy

Changing Aviation Culture: Leadership First

We want to change aviation culture and bring leadership to the forefront of how pilots are trained.

Today, leadership usually arrives late in a pilot’s career, if it arrives at all. We are advocating for leadership training to begin before any technical skills are taught, so that what it means to be Pilot-in-Command is set from the very first lesson.

Everything that follows, every maneuver, every procedure, every rating, can then be taught in reference to that foundation: not only how to fly the aircraft, but how to command it.

The law of primacy: what is learned first is learned best, and it is the hardest to unlearn.

Primacy is one of the principles of learning that flight instructors are taught. If the first thing a student pilot learns is the responsibility of command, it becomes the frame for everything else.

First

Command Before Controls

Leadership, judgment and responsibility are introduced before technical skill, setting what it means to be Pilot-in-Command from day one.

Throughout

Everything in Reference to Command

Each new skill is taught as part of the pilot’s role as the one in command, not as a separate checklist item.

For Life

PIC of Your Life

Through the PIC of Your Life curriculum, the lessons of command become a framework anyone can apply: in the cockpit, in a career, in a life.

Bring leadership to the forefront. Set what it means to command, first.
